Who we are:  We are a recently formed community dementia alliance whose passionate founding members live in various suburbs across the City of Hobsons Bay.  

Our purpose: To create a community alliance where we collectively and inclusively contribute to people living with dementia, their families, caregivers and friends in being heard, treated with respect, and being treated equally in terms of their given human rights.

Where we are located:  South-western suburbs of Melbourne
