Alliance

Our aim is to drive and capture our visions into the City of Logan and encourage more community members to join us in making Logan more dementia-friendly.

We encourage community members who are living with dementia, plus their carers and family members to join us in making a change.

Our Committee is made up of people living with Dementia, their carers/family members, Aged Care Organisations like Aveo Freedom Care Community, Community Groups like KENG Kingston East Neighbourhood Group, Logan’s Art and Dementia Program along with local Shopping Centres.

The Committee meets once a month on a Tuesday morning at AVEO Freedom Tanah Merah.
