Alliance

FNQ Dementia Alliance has been formed to grow our local Dementia Friendly Community program by bringing people and organisations together.  

With people with dementia and their families as the main voices, the alliance will work as a support network for people living with dementia and local dementia-friendly organisations.  

Our monthly meeting is held at the Edge Hill Bowls Club on every 4th Tuesday of the month, and we welcome new members and visitors.

We also invite community members to information sessions, education workshops, Dementia Friends sign-up sessions, and other exciting events.

With more awareness and understanding and without stigma or fear about dementia, our community will become inclusive, supportive, and empowering for people with dementia and their families, who can still live and contribute as part of our community.
