Our goal is to create a dementia friendly Moreton Bay by raising community awareness of dementia, education and support.
We are doing this one on one by supporting people living with dementia and their carers, by hosting information forums on dementia and services available, publishing a localised Dementia Services Directory and offering personalised education or information for businesses, service groups and the general public.
