Treehouse Progam & the Healthy Mind and Movement Program - Central Highlands Rural Health
The Treehouse is a program that supports people who are living at home with any stage of dementia, or other conditions that may impact on their quality of life.
It is a meeting place for people to socialise and take part in activities that promote independence and wellbeing, while providing carers with some time out, with additional support available. To find out more about the program, please contact Dora Mansbridge at Dora.Mansbridge@chrh.org.au
The Healthy Mind and Movement Program at Kyneton District Health offers programs to support community members to build exercise endurance, general fitness and improve overall wellbeing before progressing to independent exercise or other exercise programs offered within the Macedon Ranges. To find out more about the program, please contact John Davis at John.Davis@chrh.org.au.
