As a Developing Alliance and Dementia Advisory Group, we have consulted with the community about the lived experience of people with dementia, their carers and family.
Currently in the development stage with discussions between Swan Valley Memory Café and City of Swan and reaching out to other interested community stakeholders.
The Green Head Community Association are working with the local shire and community care providers to form an Alliance to work towards being a safe and dementia friendly community.
