As a church, we have commenced running a Dementia and frail/elderly inclusive church service here at Mona Vale Anglican Church (1624 Pittwater Road, Mona Vale) at 10am on the 1st Thursday of each month.

The Ballina Shire Dementia Friendly Community (BSDFC) Alliance, has over 40 members from local businesses, community groups, service organisations and interested individuals who are determined to remove the physical and social barriers that stop people with dementia and their carers from participating fully in the daily life of the Ballina Shire community.

A completely free and inclusive social fitness program for all ages and abilities. This is a gentle exercise program that uses multiple sports skills training as a tool to engage community members.

Finley, NSW

Finley Community Cafe is a regular get together of people living with dementia and their supporters to develop social connections, build understanding and create awareness - all are welcome.
