The Dementia Training Australia (DTA) consortium provides a national dementia training program.
Led by the University of Wollongong, it brings together the expertise of Australia’s leading dementia educators who collectively bring a wealth of dementia expertise to this work.
For the first time Dementia Training Australia provides a truly national approach to dementia training with members based in every state and territory.
Dementia Training Australia is a service established to provide dementia-specific training to health and aged care professionals, undergraduate trainees, and a range of other professionals and community service providers. The goal is to improve the care and wellbeing of people with dementia.
