Sporting Group
A completely free and inclusive social fitness program for all ages and abilities.
This is a gentle exercise program that uses multiple sports skills training as a tool to engage community members.
Cafe
Finley Community Cafe is a regular get together of people living with dementia and their supporters to develop social connections, build understanding and create awareness - all are welcome.
Support group
A support group for those caring for someone with dementia - whether they are living at home or in an aged care facility.
Westfield Tuggerah is a shopping centre located at Tuggerah on the Central Coast of New South Wales who are working towards becoming dementia-friendly.
Provides treatment and rehabilitation services for patients with a behavioural, psychiatric and/or cognitive disturbances due to brain damage or disease.
These consultation services are offered in an outpatient basis.
Choir
Good Life Chorus is a community singing group for adults of all ages and abilities, rehearsing on Wednesdays at West Ryde Community Centre Hall in the northern districts of Sydney, NSW, Australia.
