Our weekly DCaf social café programme has provided an opportunity for people living with dementia and their family and/or carers to socialise, relax and discover ways to live well with dementia.

This singing group is held at the Maclean CWA Rooms on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month (excl. Public Holidays and NSW School Holidays).

Inclusive group / Church
We have commenced running a Dementia and frail/elderly inclusive church service here at Mona Vale Anglican Church (1624 Pittwater Road, Mona Vale) at 10am on the 1st Thursday of each month.
Dance Group
Exercise disguised as dance with both standing and seated fun, unique movements and old time music classics across the 50s 60s 70s 80s 90s and current. All classes are dementia-friendly.
Sporting Group
A completely free and inclusive social fitness program for all ages and abilities.
This is a gentle exercise program that uses multiple sports skills training as a tool to engage community members.
Cafe
Finley Community Cafe is a regular get together of people living with dementia and their supporters to develop social connections, build understanding and create awareness - all are welcome.
